We pride ourselves on producing products that will last as long as you do. If your product breaks or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced on us. Please note that we DO NOT repair and replace products for free, that have been damaged due to misuse or errors caused by the owner. An example of an improper use of our wallets is when the owner over tightens
the screws and causes the screws to break. In these cases, please send an email to sales@vicehardware.com and we will provide you with the shipping and repair cost, if the product is repairable.
